A needed shift in Paradigm

We are all aware of the fact that youth are the future of the nation, and every youth is different from others, and their development is aligned with various aspects and factors. Education is the medium to transmit knowledge, skills, and character traits. In the reform education model, students often follow a standardized curriculum, and set way of sitting, irrespective of their unique learning needs and abilities. The teachers focus more on rote learning methods, on finishing the courses, and guide students to follow the “following the footsteps” kind of education.

Prescription-based learning offers several advantages over a reformed classroom structure and caters to the diverse needs of each learner. It aims to individualize the learning experience and involves tailoring instructional strategies, and content to meet the specific needs, weaknesses, strengths, and interests of each student.

It is a personalized learning model, which allows for a more customized and effective educational experience and ensures the students receive the right level of support and challenge, by targeting specific areas of improvement, collaboration, communication, independent study, small group activities, hands-on-work, and look at situations from a problem-solving point of view. It helps to apply the core literacy skills in everyday life, to approach complex challenges, do critical thinking, and put in correct engagement and interaction with the outside world.

Teachers, guides, & mentors, shift their role as disseminators of knowledge to facilitators of learning. Teaching has been confined to classrooms, with a linear sitting manner and the link between nature, teacher & students has broken. An interactive space that allows learning to happen throughout, CIVOM offers AQUEOUS LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS that target interventions, individualized guidance, and foster a more profound connection with students, the approach encourages a student-centered classroom, where teachers and students co-create knowledge and engage in meaningful practices.

The cardinal of an aqueous environment is adaptive, flexible, collaborative, evolving, living spaces, my space, reflective, versatility, fluidity, convertibility, and modifiability. Aqueous Learning Environment follows the footsteps of Learner-Centered, Innovation Driven, and Change Oriented. These methods will allow the learner to understand the topic from the core, instead of just touching it on the surface level. The goal is to maximize learning outcomes, by targeting specific areas of need and adapting the learning experience to suit each student, acknowledging that students have different learning paces, preferences, and abilities, and seeking to accommodate those differences to optimize their learning potential.

Learning is best done when students are curious, engaged, active, confident, and hopeful.

Hi, I’m Mr. Selvaraj, Principal of ACT Secondary School. After hearing about CIVOM, we decided to set up a library in our school. We approached CIVOM and their team, who came to meet with me. The first meeting went very well; they explained clearly how they would set up the library, including the different models, designs, and materials for furniture and racks. It took them about two months to manufacture the materials and furniture. Once everything was ready, they came to our school, identified the room for the setup, and completed the entire project in just 4-5 days. They took care of everything—flooring, materials, furniture, and the complete interior. The results were fantastic. On the first day back, the students immediately fell in love with the library. They were drawn to the welcoming environment, the new furniture, and the overall positive atmosphere. This new library has created a wonderful space that motivates and energizes the students to engage with books. I highly recommend CIVOM to other schools for setting up their libraries. Thank you.

CIVOM has set up several state-of-the-art laboratories on the campus of Parul University. Among the most notable are the Medical Library at the Parul Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and our library for the BBA college. If you visit these libraries, you'll see some of the finest facilities in university education.
In addition to the libraries, CIVOM has also established admission cell offices and faculty offices for us. The feedback from parents, students, and teachers has been overwhelmingly positive. Everyone is very satisfied with the work done by CIVOM. The promoters of CIVOM have a fantastic sense of aesthetics, and the comfort and quality of their infrastructure are remarkable.
Given our satisfaction with this project, we have also entrusted CIVOM with the establishment of our Homeopathy and Ayurveda libraries, which will be coming up soon. Additionally, they will be setting up various faculty offices on our university premises.
